I’ve had the Aristar AR6779 in tortoise for four years. They are still very functional. Over that time I’ve had to replace the nose pads once, one of the screws holding the frame around the lens came loose, the finish on the inside surface of the temples and the bottom of the lens holders have eroded to the base metal. I never had a lens pop out. This is the first frame I’ve had which lasted through three prescriptions.
