Choose Klarna at checkout and your purchase will be split into four interest-free payments. The first payment will be taken from your credit or debit card when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your card every two weeks.
Klarna uses the latest safeguards and security to protect your information and prevent unauthorized purchases.
If your order is eligible for four interest-free payments with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. After your order of eyeglasses, sunglasses, or Rx-ready shades ships, you will be charged for the first payment. Klarna will send a notification once the payment has been processed. You will be informed ahead of time before the next payments.

Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
You do not need to pay for goods that aren’t received or goods that are damaged, broken, or defective. Follow Klarna's help instructions and “report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your payments until the issue is resolved.
If Klarna issues a refund or cancels your order, they will send an adjusted statement and payment schedule. You can check the status of your payments anytime via Klarna’s site or in your Klarna app.
If you need to return part or all of your order, simply follow Klarna’s return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return,” and Klarna will pause your statement.
As soon as Klarna processes your return, they will send an adjusted statement and payment schedule. With a full return, Klarna will refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
If you exchange an item, for example, sunglasses, for one of higher value, prescription sunglasses, you will receive a refund for the original item. A new order will then be placed and a new Klarna payment plan will begin.
Klarna will send an email confirmation for all completed payments. You can also call or live chat with Klarna’s Customer Service agents 24/7 to confirm payment.
Yes. If you want to pay the next payment or full balance of your Klarna payment plan early, simply log into the Klarna app, go to the “Purchases” page, and select “Payment Options.”
When shopping with Klarna, you can check your spending limit, see all of your purchases on our glasses or sunglasses, as well as items from other retailers all in one place. You can also extend your due dates, pay open balances and much more in the Klarna app. Plus, you can log into your Klarna account at https://app.klarna.com/login. Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email that you received from Klarna at the time of purchase or by logging into your Klarna account.
If you need extra time to make a payment, simply log into the Klarna app, go to the “Purchases” page, select “Payment Options,” and then “Extend due date.”
If the automatic payment fails, Klarna will try again after seven days. If this payment also fails, Klarna will make another attempt after a further seven days (14 days after the date of the first attempt). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna “Pay in 4” payments product even if you have failed to pay on time. Klarna is always available to help.
