So, I've purchased these in both tortoise and black, and on initial inspection...you can't believe this is an American made frame for under $100! They're a tad on the heavier side, and secondary to very thin padded nose pieces/rests they become uncomfortable. So I purchased after market (thicker pads)...and because they were thicker, it required a widening of the nose piece. Snap...the right side of the nose piece broke right off the frame. Completely unusable and unrepairable! I'm hoping my second pair will hold up to just light use...and I will not be attempting to replace nose pads on that one! Nor do expect to purchase Art Craft in the future. Shuron's are little pricier, but you get your money out of them.
