This product and processing was super. Disappointed that my second order for progressive Stetson Frame had a 4 week + delivery date!!

I bought the same model of frames that I've been wearing since 2008. This is because these frames are very durable and robust. They can be bent in any direction and will spring back into shape and the multi-directional hinges on the arms means I'm not warping them when I take my glasses off. I previously had the gunmetal color (not offered on FramesDirect though...) so this time bought the gun blue color which is a nice dark metallic blue-almost-black color. FramesDirect did have a problem with my delivery in that my original order was in transit by the courier company. However, the company replaced this order on their own initiative and without any cost to me. Admittedly they did this without any explanation. I just got an email saying my frames were being replaced and it was worded as if I had requested the replacement. It took 3 emails for FramesDirect to finally explain what had happened, but after that all was fine. Overall though, all is good and my frames are what I expected. I would buy from FramesDirect again.
