I have a pair of these frames from 25 years ago. I love them! So when I found that they still make them and that I could get them for a spare pair I was very happy. That is until I got them and saw that the quality of materials is not the same. The spring hinges don't work very well. You can find much better hinges on lower-priced frames. The plastic which goes over the ear is thicker and does not sit as nicely as the prior thinner plastic.
